EXCHANGES- Exchanges will be accepted within one  week of receiving your product in the event of improper sizing or damages that have occurred in shipping. Items that are undergarments, hair care products, cosmetic products may only be exchanged if damage has occurred prior to delivery. Any items from the "PRIDE SHOP" category are not exchangeable or refundable as the proceeds of these sales are to benefit LGBTQ charities.

BOOKING SERVICES- To ensure your appointment slot or services available from #STYLEBYSTELLA or #LIFESTYLEBYSTELLA a 20% deposit must be paid to reserve the services requested. The remaining balance must be paid in total the date of which service is to be completed. In the event of cancellation or tardiness to the appointment on the client's behalf the deposit will not be refundable. In the event of cancellation on behalf of #STYLEBYSTELLA due to emergency circumstances your deposit will be refunded in full.
